Culture Cream is a living ice cream that has many fermented processes that occur before churning, so it's full of probiotics and therefore easier to digest and good for the gut.
We are constantly experimenting with new flavors using the highest quality locally sourced ingredients. We find local inspiration and seek out nuances from other cultures near and far. We forage ingredients from our beautiful parks, from the Catskill mountains and the Hudson Valley. Each season bestows upon us a new feeling whether it be the first crisp apple of the season, a ripe pear, a wintery citrus or a handful of lavender leaves.
